Có hơn 39 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình máy tính (từ năm 1986), nguyên là đại tá, Trưởng phòng phần mềm Viện Tự động hóa KTQS, Phó Giám đốc Phòng thí nghiệm Trọng điểm quốc gia về An toàn thông tin, Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm An toàn thông tin (Bộ Tư lệnh Tác chiến Không gian mạng), có gần 30 năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực tiêu chuẩn hóa quốc gia.Dr. Dang Minh Tuan defended his PhD thesis in Mathematics on "Research on novel schemes for collective digital signatures". He has over 39 years of programming experience (since 1986), former Colonel, Head of Software Division at the Military Automation Institute, Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory for Information Security, Deputy Director of the Information Security Center (Cyberspace Operations Command), with nearly 30 years of activity in national standardisation.
